House, Grove Street Birchgrove

OIKOS Architects were commissioned to design a new two-storey timber house to replace an existing pair of semi-detached cottages that had been converted to a single house, which made no significant contribution to the Birchgrove Conservation Area.

The infill house was on an important street with several heritage items and multiple items of high contributory value.
